New Year’s Eve Ticket Deal + Free Tickets to Carl Rimi at The Punchline

I like the idea of ringing in the New Year with a laugh. If you do, too, you may want to take advantage of the deal in the Punchline’s weekly email update: When you buy a ticket to a New Year’s Eve show, you’ll receive a free ticket for the special event show of your choosing in 2010. The headliner is Heath Hyche, a cast member on WB’s Blue Collar TV.
It’s not cheap to attend tonight though: Tickets are $30 at 6:00 p.m., $40 at 8:00 p.m., & $50 at 10:00 p.m. But if you snagged one of those Punchline gift cards on the cheap a few weeks back, it may be a good time to use it.
Prefer to laugh for free? For free tickets to the Saturday 11:00 p.m. or Sunday 8:00 p.m. performances featuring headliner Carl Rimi, use promo code “happy” when you order tickets.

Just saw this–If it’s still not working, you can get a copy of the email by sending it to yourself–”this week’s email update” is a link to the “forward to a friend” page. The Punchline is very good about honoring their promos. If you call, they’ll honor it. Sometimes they have a glitch online when they first send it out.
