On December 20, Food 101 is hosting a free class, Tricks of Hosting an Incredible Party Without Breaking the Bank. From 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., Food 101’s Executive Sous Chef Jordan Wakefield will teach attendees how to make affordable (and delicious) appetizers, and James Doyle, a wine expert, will offer advice on how to select the perfect wine to go with them (and keep it under $15/bottle). Bonus: Wine is 1/2 price all day on Sundays.
