Reminder: Holiday Mixer on Thursday, December 3

On December 3, Sue Rodman (Field Trips with Sue) & I are co-hosting a holiday mixer (view official invite here). Why? Because our readers rock. I, for one, want to put a face to some of the names of people I now “know” on Twitter and through email & comments.
We’ll be meeting up at Pizzeria Venti at 7:00 p.m., and we’d love for you to join us. There’ll be a few drink specials–$1 domestics with food purchase, $5-$6 glasses of wine, & $3 Italian beers. (random aside—They have peppermint patty gelato…sounds delish.) Plus, we’ve pulled together a bunch of freebies & deals for goody bags & giveaways.
Speaking of—we’ve got a bunch of prizes to give away: a Simon Malls gift card; free visit coupons for Sensations TheraFun; tickets to the Braves Museum and Hall of Fame, the Georgia Ballet’s Nutcracker, & the Museum of Patriotism; and a grab bag of goodies courtesy of RedPlum.com & Sea to Summit.
But even if you don’t win a prize, you won’t walk away empty handed. I won’t know all of the details until I help Sue stuff bags on Thursday, but I know we’ve got discounts & goodies from HalfOffDepot.com, Theatrical Outfit, the Atlanta Braves, Feld Entertainment (Ringling Bros.), Centennial Olympic Park, CBS Atlanta, and Vikki with Thomas & Silva Salon.
If you’re planning to come, please take a second to RSVP before the slots fill up. That’s not to say that you can’t come if you don’t RSVP or if there aren’t any spaces left—odds are, some of the maybes won’t show, etc.—but we have to cap the official number of RSVPs.
