Two things grabbed me about this event: 1) I’m a fan of many of the artists who show & sell their creations through MudFire. And 2) Most of the items for sale are in the $20-$60 range.

The MudFire’s Holiday Studio Show debuts at noon on Friday, November 27. The show & sale features the works of over 100 local and regional ceramic artists. You can preview a few of the works online, but it’s worth browsing in person if you appreciate handcrafted clay works of art. If you can’t make it on the opening day, there’ll also be a party & artist reception on December 5 from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., and you can shop during regular hours.

MudFire Gallery is located at 175 Laredo Dr, Decatur. Regular gallery hours: noon-8:00 p.m. on Thursday through Monday, or by appointment. 404-377-8033
