Black Friday at Simon Malls: Doors Open at 5:00 a.m.

Planning to hit the mall for your Black Friday shopping marathon? Here’s what’s happening at Atlanta-area Simon Malls. Doors open at 5:00 a.m. on November 27:
Gwinnett Place Mall
- Santa’s Winter Wonderland will open at 10:00 a.m. for photos with Santa. Purchase a set of photos on Black Friday and receive a free gift while supplies last.
- Gift wrapping services will be offered to benefit Girl Scout Troop #1409. Gift Wrapping is located on the upper level adjacent to Simon Guest Services.
- COSTCO will be providing early morning treats for shoppers (5:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and will be located next to Guest Services.
- The first 100 shoppers to stop by Simon Guest Services will receive a tin of Shop Smarter Mints.
- For shoppers who need a moment to relax, Rejuvenation Stations are located on the Lower Level in front of Macys, and on the Upper Level in front of Guest Services. There will be soft seating, reading materials, free WiFi, power strips to re-charge phones, daily event information and more.
Lenox Square
- State Farm will be on site at 5 a.m. offering complimentary coffee and gift wrap.
- For shoppers and those accompanying them who need a moment to relax, Rejuvenation Stations provide soft seating, free WiFi, power strips to re-charge phones and more.
- The first 500 shoppers to stop by Simon Guest Services before 10 a.m. will receive their choice of a free Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit or a free Auntie Anne’s pretzel (while supplies last).
- All guests who valet park will receive a voucher for complimentary valet parking redeemable January 5 – April 1, 2010 and a free cookie from Great American Cookie Co. This year, 5% of all valet parking proceeds will benefit the Simon Youth Foundation.
- Shoppers may enjoy sweet samples of Hershey’s Bliss chocolates and Nestle Tollhouse Cookies as they search for the perfect gifts.
- The Salvation Army Angel Tree is located on the mall level across from Godiva Chocolatier, & shoppers can take the opportunity to help a needy child this holiday season as they make their purchases.
Mall of Georgia
- All guests will receive a Godiva chocolate truffle and valet coupon at Guest Services.
- Customers who purchase three or more American Express Giftcards will receive a Shop Smarter tote that includes a Godiva chocolate truffle, MOG keychain, bottle of Dasani water, and valet coupon redeemable through December 31, 2009 at any Simon property with AmeriPark valet services.
- From November 27-January 4, shoppers may valet for $7, and they will receive a coupon for a complimentary valet service redeemable from January 4- April 1. The coupon may also be redeemed at Kneaded Perk for a decorated cookie of choice. This year, 5% of all valet proceeds will benefit the Simon Youth Foundation.
- For shoppers who need a moment to relax, Rejuvenation Stations are located on level 2, one by Ruby Tuesday and the other in the Belk Court. There will be soft seating, reading materials, free WiFi, power strips to re-charge phones, daily event information and more.
- That’s a Wrap! Gift-wrapping service will be offered from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.; located in Nordstrom Court, adjacent to the Mountain Fountain and across the corner from the Santa Set.
- The Salvation Army Angel Tree is located in the Nordstrom Court near the Mountain Fountain, & shoppers can take the opportunity to help a needy child this holiday season. There will also be a Salvation Army Kettle Drive, located outside the food court entrance and at the UpFront Parking Entrance.
- The Atlanta Foundation Annual Hospice Tree will also be located adjacent to the Coach store.
Northlake Mall
- The Salvation Army Angel Tree is located on the Upper Level JCPenney near Guest Services; shoppers can take the opportunity to help a needy child this holiday season as they make their purchases.
Phipps Plaza
- The first 100 customers who visit the Guest Services booth will receive gift bags filled with special store offers. Retailers include Barami, Elie Tahari, Fletcher Photography, JEDAL, The Grape, Paper Affair, Johnny Rockets, Oilily, Ross-Simons, Soma Intimates, Twist and more.
- From 8 a.m. -10 a.m., complimentary Chick-fil-A biscuits and coffee will be distributed at Guest Services (while supplies last). Those that valet their car will receive a coupon for a free Chik-fil-A sandwich with the purchase of a large fries and Coke product.
- That’s a Wrap! Gift-wrapping Service will be offered from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. at Guest Services.
- From 8 a.m. – 11 a.m., Nestle Tollhouse will offer cookie samples near the Santa set.
- For those who need a moment to relax, Rejuvenation Stations provide soft seating, reading materials, free WiFi, power strips to re-charge phones, daily event information and more. Samples will be offered by The Tavern at Phipps, The Grape, Williams-Sonoma, Starbucks and Teavana.
- The Salvation Army Angel Tree is located in Monarch Court, & shoppers can take the opportunity to help a needy child this holiday season as they make their purchases. Its hours are from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Town Center at Cobb
- “Like the Dickens” carolers will be strolling the mall from 1 p.m.- 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.-7 p.m.
- The first 150 shoppers to visit Guest Services will receive a Town Center at Cobb notebook & pen.
- Everyone who stops by Guest Services will receive a Town Center at Cobb coupon book and other Black Friday special offers (while supplies last).
- The Salvation Army Angel Tree is located in Center Court, & shoppers can take the opportunity to help a needy child this holiday season as they make their purchases.
