My kids were mesmerized from beginning to end, even though the curtain went up a half hour after their regular bedtime.
The touring version of Mary Poppins will be a much different experience, I’m sure—since they can build the set to fit the stage in NYC, it was one of the most impressive parts. Still, I’m looking forward to seeing how the production as a traveling show. I have no doubt that it’ll be a fun night at the theatre.
