I love magic tricks, but I’ve never been good at slight of hand. I got my oldest a set of magic trick cards as one her holiday gifts. She’s intrigued by magic tricks, too, but it’s partially a selfish move—I want to learn how to do them.

Even if I learn a few, my magic tricks will never come close to those done by the likes of David Copperfield. Speaking of, he’ll be in Atlanta for three performances during the weekend of January 23 & 24, 2010. Per the Fox Theatre, the show has been postponed until May 19-20, 2010. 2) The Fox Theatre is again treating Atlanta on the Cheap readers as a group. You can get center orchestra seats for $42 each for the 4:30 p.m. performance on Sunday, January 24. As always, you’ll need to use User name: “super” and Password “group” (both case sensitive) to access the site. And you MUST mention Atlanta on the Cheap in the discount code box to bypass the minimum ticket purchase listed on the site. The offer expires on December 11, 2009.
