Yum. I’m in the mood for a hot breakfast. One with a Mexican twist sounds even better to me at the moment—blue corn azul hotcakes, breakfast empanadas, burritos con huevos. Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever had an egg burrito—now’s a good time to try it:
