Free Howl-O-Ween Festival in Atlantic Station on Oct. 31

Posted By admin on October 28, 2009

Love it when they time festivals like this—you can bring the kids out to the Howl-O-Ween Festival in Atlantic Station & make it home in time for trick-or-treating that night. Awesome.

Here’s the deal: The Howl-O-Ween Festival is a Halloween celebration for two little cuties—kids & dogs. The festivities start at 1:00 p.m. & run through 6:00 p.m. on October 31. What can you expect at the free event?

From 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m., Radio Disney will host a party in Central Park. There’ll be two costume contests, one at 2:00 p.m. for dogs & one at 4:00 p.m. for the kids. Starting at 5:00 p.m., the kids can hit up the retailers & restaurants for candy (err…trick-or-treat). And there’ll be pumpkin decorating, face painting, & seasonal treats like candy apples.

Oh, and if you plan to get a picture taken with your pooch, know that the money raised will go to a good cause—it supports the Atlanta Humane Society.
