Finally, a Zoo Atlanta deal that rivals AtlanTIX prices for the venue: On weekends through July 26, you can take advantage of Zoo Atlanta’s “Beat the Heat” promotion. If you arrive before 11:00 a.m., you’ll save $5 off admission if you mention “Beat the Heat.” FYI—before 11:00 a.m. is generally the best time to visit most Atlanta attractions. Fewer people = better experience.

Another deal, posted on Twitter by @zooatl: Wear red, white, & blue to the zoo on July 4 & 5, and you’ll receive $10 off a new membership. You’ll need to say, “Red, white, blue, zoo” to get the deal.
