Yesterday, I posted a couple of deals for half-off & free tickets to the High Museum of Art, and I just came across one more deal to get in on the cheap & see China’s Terracotta Army before it leaves town on April 19.
Take advantage of the Lunch Rush Special to get $10 tickets each weekday from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. You can buy tickets in person, online or by phone at 404-733-5000. The deal is valid during the weeks of April 6-10 & April 13-17.

You cannot get your $10 Lunch Rush tickets in person. I tried today. I arrived with a friend before 11:30 a.m. We arrived at the ticket counter before Noon. I was told that the Lunch Rush tickets were sold out for today (April 7) and that we should have either purchased online or by phone. If you plan to go see this exhibit–and it is worth going to see–make your purchase online or by phone! Next time I’ll purchase online:)

Funny thing, I just had the exact opposite experience from Moya. I just called the ticket office at 10 a.m. Wednesday morning (April
and the lady told me that you can’t purchase the Lunch Rush tickets in advance. You have to purchase in person. When I asked her how many were set aside, how quickly they sold out, etc., she was unwilling to give any information except to say that the sooner I got there, the better.
Well, now I’m completely confused. Their site still lists all three methods. I imagine they will go fast, whichever method you choose to use. Good luck!
